Job DescriptionTitle: Relationship Officer – Multilingual (Tamil/Telugu/Gujrati/Marathi)Location: South Kolkata (Work from Office)Job Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Plywood / Building MaterialsSummary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales by engaging with interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing long-term relationships, promoting our high-quality plywood products, and ensuring a consistent flow of business.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with interior designers, contractors, architects, and builders to promote our products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to generate regular business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our plywood.
• Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to provide valuable insights.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Requirements / Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Support (Sales).

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (CBSE/ICSE background preferred).
• Must be proficient in any one of the South Indian languages: Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam.
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Candidates: South or Central Kolkata.

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in hand + PF.

• Shift Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Day Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
