Position: Relationship Manager
Department: Sales – Life Insurance
Channel: Direct Sales

Job Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales activities.
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote life insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through references, personal networking and market visits.
- Assist customers throughout the policy application and documentation process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Follow company policies and IRDAI guidelines during sales activities.
