Relationship Manager Responsibilities :

Setting and monitoring sales objectives.

Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.

Contributing to meeting sales targets with his/her team.

Keeping up-to-date with industry developments in sales.

Answering customer queries when team is tranfarring customers.

Mediating disputes with customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in Insurance.

Sales acumen.

Solid understanding of policies and products._(Gereral/Health INsurance/Life Insurence )

Be able to provide mentorship.

Strong leadership qualities.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
