Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Healthcare & Medical Equipment (B2B Sales)

Location: Kolkata

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: 3-3.6 Lacs + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of healthcare and medical equipment across Kolkata and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections with hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, doctors, and healthcare institutions and possess a proven track record in medical equipment or medical device sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop B2B sales opportunities for healthcare and medical equipment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and doctors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Equipment, Medical Devices, Healthcare Products, or Diagnostic Equipment Sales.
  • Strong network and contacts within hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals across Kolkata.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region.
