Job Description
🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- 📢 Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- 📞 Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- 🤝 Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- 📋 Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- 📊 Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
🔹 Sales & Business Development
- 💼 Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
- 📈 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- 📢 Present recruitment solutions and company services to clients.
- 📋 Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
- ⭐ Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- 📞 Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates.
- 🔄 Resolve client concerns and provide timely support.
