Job Description:

SS Property is looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves handling buyer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, arranging property visits, and assisting clients throughout the property buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and follow up on buyer enquiries.

• Understand and qualify customer requirements.

• Suggest suitable property options to buyers.

• Coordinate and conduct property site visits.

• Meet owners, developers, and channel partners when required.

• Negotiate and assist in deal closures.

• Maintain proper records and CRM updates.

• Achieve monthly sales and visit targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

• Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred.

• Freshers with a strong learning attitude can also apply.

• Must have a smartphone and basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, and internet usage.

• Two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.
