Real Estate Sales Executive

Job OverviewLETS CREDIT CONSULTING PVT. LTD. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and client-handling skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and follow up on leads to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Connect with clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable financial or credit-related solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and real estate professionals.
• Convert prospective leads into successful business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, explain service offerings, and negotiate commercial terms where required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
• Target-driven approach with good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
