Job Overview

Teleminds Infotech is hiring a Quality Analyst to join our growing team

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 20–30 years
• Candidates must be residing in or around Kolkata
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Should not be pursuing any full-time or part-time education
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates with experience in International Call Center/BPO will be preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions in call to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback to agents
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Work closely with operations and training teams to improve overall performance.

Shift Timings:

The role requires working in rotational shifts based on business requirements:

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Male candidates only)
• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Salary

• Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
