We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our QA Team (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Experience: Freshers Welcome!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls.
- Assess communication, sales pitches, and customer-handling skills.
- Identify performance gaps and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain evaluation records.
- Support the sales team in improving overall performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Attention to detail and a positive learning attitude.
