Job Title: Purchase Executive 

Location: Newtown, Kolkata, India. 

Office time: 10:00am to 6:00pm 

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Job Summary: 

We are looking to hire dynamic Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase negotiations. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in purchasing and strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of material and services as per company requirement. 

Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and price negotiation. 

Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely order processing. 

Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers. 

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for purchase planing. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies. 

Qualification & Skills: 

Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate. 

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Purchase Executive (Preferred). Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. 

Excellent communication in English and Hindi. 

Good Knowledge of MS Excel and Purchase documentation. 

Ability to multitask and meet deadline efficiently.
