B2B Field Sales Executive – Packaged Drinking Water

We are looking for a B2B Field Sales Executive to develop new customers, build distributor and retailer networks, generate wholesale orders, manage existing clients, and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Find and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, shops, offices, restaurants, hotels, and corporate customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, referrals, and regular follow-ups.
• Visit customers and promote packaged drinking water / bottled water products.
• Build strong, long-term B2B customer relationships.
• Generate regular wholesale and repeat orders from existing customers.
• Coordinate with the team for order processing and timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers to collect payments on time.
• Conduct market visits and collect competitor pricing, market rates, and customer feedback.
• Maintain updated customer and distributor data.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, FMCG, Beverage Sales, Distribution Sales, or Wholesale Sales preferred.
• Experience in packaged drinking water, beverages, FMCG, or wholesale distribution will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, sales, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Comfortable with daily local travel and field visits.
• A valid driving license and personal transport are preferred.
• Own bike is preferred.
• Graduate/ Diploma candidates can apply.
