Project Management Consultant

We are looking for a dedicated project management consultant (PMC) to oversee interior decoration and fit out project. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the site activities, managing contractors and vendors, ensuring timely porject execution, and maintaining quality standards. Candidate who perform well during the contract period may be offered a permanent position.

Key responsibilities:-

• Supervise interior decoration and fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Coordination with contractors, vendors, architechts and client
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to approved drawings.
• Conduct regular site visits ad prepare progress reports
• Manage material deliveries and verify quantities
• Resolve on site issues and coordinate
• Maintain project documentations, bills, measurements and work records.
• Minimum 2 years work experience required in project management/supervision for interior decoration, civil interiors or fit-out projects.
