Procurement Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and timely procurement of materials for our business and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Collect and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders.
• Procure materials, tools, equipment, and services as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with project, stores, and accounts teams for timely material delivery.
• Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and delivery schedules.
• Verify purchase requisitions, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement reports.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Experience in industrial, construction, fabrication, or project-related procurement will be preferred.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP or procurement software.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
