Job Description – Outbound Sales ExecutivePosition: Outbound Sales Executive

Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 2 Days

Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Up to ₹5 Lakhs)

• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
