Comfortable with Rotational Shifts

Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome)

Compensation

• International Voice: 27000 / month CTC & In-hand 22000 per month
• International Chat: 22000 CTC & 19 K in hand
• Salary offered based on communication skills, experience, and interview performance.

Work Schedule

• Night Shift
• 1 Rotational Week Off
• One-Side Cab Facility Available During Odd Hours

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions professionally through voice support

Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, refunds, replacements, and account issues

Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines
