Job Description
Ensuring the timely dispatch of orders and effective resolution of Non-Delivery Reports
(NDRs).
* Coordinating with warehouse teams, courier partners, and customers to facilitate order
dispatch, track shipments, resolve delivery issues, arrange re-attempts or address
corrections.
* Monitoring Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases, maintain accurate dispatch and shipment
records.
* Preparing operational reports, and ensure timely and successful order deliveries while
adhering to company processes and service standards.
