Job Title: Legal & Land Coordinator

Location: Dankuni / Kolkata Region

Role Objective:

To manage and streamline all land-related documentation, title verification, mutation, and coordination with legal stakeholders to ensure clean and secure land acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle land title tracing and document verification

- Identify and coordinate with multiple legal heirs

- Manage mutation, conversion, and land record updates

- Liaise with:

 - Local land offices (BLRO, registry offices)

 - External lawyers

- Maintain complete documentation for each plot (physical + digital)

- Track status of each land parcel (acquired / pending / disputed)

- Support in due diligence before purchase or sale

Key Deliverables (KPIs):

- Number of plots legally cleared

- Reduction in pending mutation cases

- Zero documentation gaps

- Faster registry timelines

Required Profile:

- 3–8 years experience in:

 - Real estate backend / land aggregation / legal coordination

- Strong understanding of land records & registry process

- Familiar with West Bengal land systems

- Highly detail-oriented and persistent
