Shift & Location Details:

• Fixed Morning Shifts: 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM or 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM.
• The Commute Advantage: Please note: We do not provide home pick-up or cab drops. However, our morning start times are designed so you can easily use affordable, hassle-free public transport to arrive fresh. Plus, you log off by mid-afternoon with the rest of your day entirely free!
• Working Days: 5.5 Days a week (Saturday Half-Day until lunchtime, Sunday Fixed Off).
• Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct outbound voice calls to international customers in the Australian market.
• Present energy and telecommunications options clearly, understand customer needs, and transfer calls to closers for creating sales opportunities.
• Log call data accurately in our CRM.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) candidates are all welcome!
• Experience: Freshers with exceptional English communication are highly encouraged to apply! Candidates with 6+ months of international voice or sales experience will be preferred.
• Skills: Strong command over spoken English, a confident personality, and the drive to earn big incentives.
