• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and inquiries from international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel products or services.
• Handle flight bookings, holiday packages, and travel-related queries.
• Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel packages, hotels, insurance, transfers, and other services.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in the CRM.
• Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth booking experience.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• RequirementsExcellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong sales and convincing abilities.
• Candidates with international travel sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in international/night shifts.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
