📌 Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice (Inbound) / Chat Process

• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or above
• Graduates and undergraduates are welcome
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory:
• Must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts

• Voice Process: Strong verbal communication skills
• Chat Process: Strong written communication and typing skills

💰 Salary & Benefits :

International Voice Process CTC: ₹27,000 per month & In-Hand Salary: ₹24,000 per month

International Chat Process : CTC: ₹22,000 per month & In-Hand Salary: ₹19,000 per month

🕒 Work Schedule

5 Days Working

• 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
• International Night Shift
• Operational Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
• Any 9-hour shift within the operational window
• 🎓 Training: Paid training conducted during daytime hours
• 🚖 Cab Facility Available during odd hours (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
• Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided

💼 Key Responsibilities:

(International Voice Process)

• Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and provide prompt and accurate resolutions.
• Assist customers with product, service, account, and order-related queries.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

Chat Process

• Assist international customers through live chat support.
• Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally.
• Maintain high response quality and customer satisfaction.
