Job Description
⚠️ This is a SALES role. Not a customer support role.
VILLASA is a premium villa brand in Kolkata. We have 25+ villas across India. We get inbound leads on WhatsApp. Your job: close them.
🎯 What you'll do:
- Handle 15–25 inbound guest inquiries per day on WhatsApp
- Quote prices, negotiate, close bookings (₹15K – ₹80K+ values)
- Follow up on yesterday's open quotes
- Coordinate with property staff
✅ You fit if:
- You've done inside sales, telesales, or pre-sales (travel / real estate / edtech / membership / insurance — any B2C sales is fine)
- You're comfortable with pricing conversations
- You write fast on WhatsApp in English + Hindi
- You're in Kolkata
❌ You don't fit if:
- You're from customer support with no sales target
- You're afraid of pricing pushback
- You need a script for everything
