Role Summary:We are looking for experienced Payroll Specialists with expertise in UK Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations for global employees. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliation, and Workday or similar HRMS platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end UK payroll (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly & Monthly).
• Perform payroll validation, Gross-to-Net calculations, reconciliation, and audits.
• Handle arrears, retro pay, tax adjustments, statutory payments, overtime, and timesheets.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and data privacy standards.
• Resolve payroll queries while meeting SLA and quality standards.
• Support payroll reporting, year-end activities, and process improvements.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–3 years of UK Payroll experience.

Hands-on experience with Workday (preferred), SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.

Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and payroll calculations.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
