Head Chef

Crisp and Sip is Food Outlet specialised for offering various kind of Snacks items from across the world with Hot and Cold beverages. Crisp and Sip has more than 12 outlets across Bangalore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore.

We are starting in Kolkata with an outlet in Salt Lake, Kolkata.

We need a Head Chef, who will be just after the owner's in terms of weightage of the profile.

1. He has to have formal education from Food & Beverages or Culinary background with minor years of experience in handling a multi cuisine kitchen with minimum helping hands.
2. Able to supervise daily inventory
3. Supervise and populate stock during closing of outlet
4. Ability to supervise a team and get things done through them
5. Ability to take complete ownership to adhere quality of raw materials, cooked food, kitchen equipments, time management of cooking food in regards to outside delivery and in-house guest services.
