Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand our distribution network across West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of consumer electronics, cosmetics, home appliances, personal care products, and household essentials through retail stores, distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade channels.

The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, retailer relationships, negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand retail, wholesale, and distributor networks across West Bengal.

- Generate sales for consumer electronics, cosmetics, home appliances, and allied products.

- Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings to secure new business opportunities.

- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores.

- Collect market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.

- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback.

- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.

Eligibility Criteria

- Gender: Male

- Age: Up to 40 Years

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Electronics, Cosmetics, Home Appliances, or Distribution Sales.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Existing market contacts with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers will be an added advantage.

- Must be willing to travel extensively across West Bengal.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

- Sales Incentive: 2% on achieved sales revenue

- Travel reimbursement as per company policy
