Field Sales Executive

Dynavision Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, promoting TallyPrime and other business solutions, and supporting the complete sales process.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on sales leads provided by the company.
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Tally and business solutions.
• Schedule product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
• Update lead and customer details in the company's CRM or reporting system.
• Achieve monthly sales and activity targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team for demonstrations, quotations, and order processing.
• Learn about TallyPrime, Tally solutions, and other products offered by Dynavision.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer relationship, or business development.
• Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi. Basic English communication will be preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and in person.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and WhatsApp.
• A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work towards targets and follow up consistently.
• Candidates with a background in B.Com, BBA, Commerce, or basic knowledge of Tally will be preferred.
