Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our driving school services and generate admissions through field marketing and direct sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective students, generating leads, and converting them into admissions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate new admissions through field visits and direct marketing.
• Counsel prospective clients regarding course details and fees.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Build local partnerships and referral networks.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and admissions.
• Achieve a minimum target of 30 admissions per month.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel for field work.
• Two-wheeler preferred.

Working Hours: 9 am-6 pm (Mon-Sat)
