Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for field-based and frontline positions. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and hire qualified candidates while building strong relationships with local communities, job consultants, educational institutions, and other recruitment partners.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through field visits, job fairs, local consultants, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on the selection process.
  • Schedule and manage walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Visit colleges, vocational institutes, and local communities to generate candidate leads.
  • Ensure timely onboarding by collecting required documents and coordinating with HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
  • Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
  • Promote the company's employer brand during recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated on local labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (field recruitment experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for recruitment activities.
  • Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment portals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience hiring blue-collar, sales, delivery, or field staff.
  • Knowledge of local employment markets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
