Urgent Hiring: Field Officer – Security Operations

We are looking for a young, energetic, and dynamic Field Officer for our security operations team. This role requires someone who is highly active in the field and capable of handling real-time operational challenges.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Regular visits to multiple sites for supervision and monitoring
• Providing on-site training to security guards
• Managing risk assessment and ensuring safety compliance
• Immediate response and presence during emergencies or crisis situations
• Handling high-pressure situations and ensuring smooth operations
• Supporting recruitment through personal references and field coordination

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience in the security industry (preferred)
• Must own a bike (mandatory) for field movement
• Strong mindset to work in a 24x7 pressure-driven field role
• Willingness to be available for day & night duty as per operational needs
• Ability to handle crisis situations and take quick decisions
• NCC background will be an added advantage
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Graduate preferred
• Age: Below 30–40 years

• Salary: Depends on experience & interview performance
• Travel Allowance: Provided
