Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional Outreach & Alliances: Identify and visit target schools, colleges, and local educational hubs to establish strong institutional partnerships. Secure permissions to conduct career counseling seminars and student interaction programs.
- Lead Generation & Database Collection: Execute targeted B2C field marketing activities—including kiosks, canopy setups, local events, leafleting, and direct student interactions—to collect high-potential student databases.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize, coordinate, and host career counseling sessions, presentation seminars, and workshops to pitch professional and vocational programs directly to prospects and parents.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, track competitor strategies (pricing, courses, and outreach methods), and deliver actionable feedback to the management team.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with the center’s inside sales and telesales teams to hand over verified field leads swiftly, enabling rapid lead nurturing and enrollment closure.
