Field Executive – Operations
Location: Howrah, Sealdah, Kolkata (Chitpur), Santragachi
Employment Type: Full-Time/ Rotational Shift
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Executive to support day-to-day field operations, driver onboarding, engagement activities, and campaign execution across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute driver onboarding, engagement, and field campaigns.
- Support driver acquisition and resolve operational queries.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth daily execution.
- Visit assigned locations as required.
- Maintain activity records and submit daily reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Eligibility12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting and communication.

- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams.
- Basic operational/customer service understanding.
