Field Executive

The Field Executive is responsible for assisting customers in the Gold Loan Takeover process by visiting customer locations, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, collecting documents, verifying information, and ensuring smooth execution of the loan transfer process.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and explain the Gold Loan Takeover process.
• Collect KYC documents, gold loan statements, and other required paperwork.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and branch officials for loan takeover formalities.
• Assist customers during loan closure and new loan disbursement.
• Verify customer details and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Build strong relationships with customers to maintain trust and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the telecalling and operations team for lead updates.
• Submit daily field visit reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality (NDA).
• Meet monthly business targets and conversion goals.
