Barista Job Opening

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional baristas to join our Oura Coffee team.

Job Requirements

* Well-behaved, professional, and customer-friendly.

* No high educational qualifications are required.

* Must have knowledge of coffee preparation and experience operating a coffee machine and coffee grinder.

* Should be café-smart, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a café environment.

* We are hiring one male and one female barista.

* Preferred age: Under 30 years.

* Must be willing to work 6 days a week.

* Should be punctual and maintain good attendance. Leave without a valid medical reason will not be accepted.

* Good English communication skills are required to greet and assist customers with a warm smile.

* One fixed weekly off will be provided, based on mutual discussion and operational requirements.

Job Details

* Location: Hindustan Park, Golpark

* Uniform: Provided by the company

* Salary: ₹13,000–₹16,000 per month (depending on experience)

* Working Hours: 10 hours per day

* Break: 1-hour break, divided into two 30-minute breaks
