Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily online orders received from various e-commerce platforms.
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Check products for quality, quantity, and correct SKU before dispatch.
- Pack orders securely as per company standards.
- Print and attach invoices, shipping labels, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely order pickups.
- Update order status and maintain basic dispatch records.
- Handle returns, replacements, and RTO orders as required.
- Maintain proper stock and packing-area organization.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched within the required timelines.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with e-commerce/order management systems.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, warehouse, packing, or order processing will be an advantage.
