UAV / Drone Pilot
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Agravity Systems provides drone services for agricultural crop spraying. We are a technology startup working to transform farming with modern, smart solutions.
About the Role
Operate agricultural drones safely for crop spraying. Train other pilots when needed.
Qualifications
· Minimum 10th pass. If you have done graduation, that will be a bonus.
· DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) required.
Skills
· Able to speak and understand English and Hindi
· Comfortable learning to operate machinery and basic troubleshooting
· Knowledge of drone repair and maintenance will be a big strength
Location & Other Terms
· Location: UP, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Maharashtra
· Travel & Accommodation: Covered by the company while on duty
· Probation Period: 4 months. Performance will be reviewed during this time before confirmation.
· Growth: Good performers can be promoted to higher pay and senior roles.
Compensation
· Rs. 30,000 per month
