Job Description

Verify Bill of Materials (BOM) and issue accurate dispatch reports.Plan and coordinate vendor visits for timely pickups and deliveries.Liaise with the Quality Control team to ensure inspections are completed before dispatch.Oversee packing, branding, and loading processes to maintain product integrity.Prepare and manage all dispatch-related documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.Track shipments, update delivery status, and ensure closure of dispatch records.Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
