Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Client ConsultationConduct detailed consultations with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients' medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, and fitness goals.
  • Perform body composition analysis and explain the results.
  • Recommend suitable Velnesi slimming and wellness programs.
  • 2. Diet PlanningPrepare customized diet plans based on the client's health condition and goals.
  • Design meal plans for:
  • Weight Loss
  • Fat Loss
  • Inch Loss
  • PCOS/PCOD
  • Diabetes
  • Thyroid Management
  • Fatty Liver
  • Cholesterol Management
  • General Wellness
  • Modify diet plans based on client progress.
  • 3. Client Follow-upMonitor clients' progress regularly.
  • Record weight, inches, body fat percentage, and other measurements.
  • Provide motivation and counseling to help clients stay committed.
  • Schedule review appointments and follow-ups.
  • 4. Treatment CoordinationCoordinate with therapists for treatment scheduling.
  • Explain treatment procedures and expected outcomes.
  • Ensure clients follow prescribed diet and treatment protocols.
  • 5. Sales & ConversionConvert walk-in inquiries into paid treatment packages.
  • Recommend additional wellness products and nutraceuticals where appropriate.
  • Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • 6. DocumentationMaintain client records accurately.
  • Update diet plans, consultation notes, and progress reports.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports.
  • 7. Customer ServiceHandle client queries professionally.
  • Resolve concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • 8. Team CoordinationWork closely with Branch Manager, Therapists, Telecallers, and Reception staff.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support marketing events, health camps, and promotional activities.
