Job Description

Customer Support Executive – MyPustakCompany: MyPustak (EducateX Labs Pvt. Ltd.)

Location: Kolkata / Rajarhat

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 CTC per month

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Assist customers with orders, delivery, returns, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and on time.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
  • Update customer details and order status in the system.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi, Bengali, and English preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple queries.
