About PRDGY


At PRDGY, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who can provide exceptional service, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and create a positive brand experience for every customer interaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer queries and concerns through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and chat platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding orders, shipping, exchanges, returns, refunds, and products.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and operations teams to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Manage order tracking, NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases, and delivery-related escalations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with management to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of communication while representing the PRDGY brand.
  • Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.


Requirements


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce operations, order management, and customer service processes.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, or customer service roles is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in handling e-commerce customer support.
  • Familiarity with courier partners, shipping processes, and return/exchange management.
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Shiprocket, WhatsApp Business, or similar tools.
