Customer Support Executive
Company: YoloBus Private Limited
Location: Rajarhat kolkata
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and other support channels.
- Assist customers with booking, cancellation, refunds, and travel-related queries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- basic communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and polite attitude.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
