Job Description

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Generate leads through references, customer interactions, and business development activities.
  • Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and servicing.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate preferred; freshers can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and confident personality.
  • Sales/business development experience will be an advantage.
  • Candidates from banking, insurance, BPO, telecom, or retail sales backgrounds can apply.
