About the Job

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our outbound call centre team in Kolkata. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, conducting surveys, explaining products or services, and maintaining professional communication with customers.

Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers or prospective clients.

- Conduct customer surveys and collect accurate information.

- Explain products, services, or campaign details clearly.

- Follow the calling script and campaign guidelines.

- Maintain professional communication and customer engagement.

- Record customer responses and update information accurately.

- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

- Follow company policies, data protection requirements, and applicable telemarketing regulations.

- Maintain punctuality, attendance, and overall work discipline.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good verbal communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

- BPO experience is an advantage.
