Job Description
- Must have good communication skills in English.
- On paper, minimum 6 months of experience in customer service ( Mandatory )
- Need to resolve customer queries related to wrong items received, late delivery, damaged product, refund, etc.
- Minimum Qualification Required: 10+2 or above.
- Required Versant Test minimum passing score 4 & above.
- CTC – 21000 for Veti 4 & 22000 For Veti 5.
- Shift – 24*7 shift rotational Shift; Any 9-hour shift
- Cab Facility: In odd hours only, one-sided cab facility available
- Weekly Offs – One Per Week rotational
- Interview Process – 3 rounds of personal interview ( HR, Operation & client), followed by Versant & Typing Assessment.
