Job Description

  • Must have good communication skills in English.
  • On paper, minimum 6 months of experience in customer service ( Mandatory )
  • Need to resolve customer queries related to wrong items received, late delivery, damaged product, refund, etc.
  • Minimum Qualification Required: 10+2 or above.
  • Required Versant Test minimum passing score 4 & above.
  • CTC – 21000 for Veti 4 & 22000 For Veti 5.
  • Shift – 24*7 shift rotational Shift; Any 9-hour shift
  • Cab Facility: In odd hours only, one-sided cab facility available
  • Weekly Offs – One Per Week rotational
  • Interview Process – 3 rounds of personal interview ( HR, Operation & client), followed by Versant & Typing Assessment.
