Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Dish TV Inbound For Oriya Speaking Candidate)

💰 Salary: 14000-16000 take Home + Incentive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about company products and services
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in Oriya, Hindi & English Average
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, CRM systems)
• Ability to handle pressure and work in shifts
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
