Job Description
Hiring: Inbound Sales Executive – Australian Energy Process
📍 Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from Australian customers.
- Promote and sell Energy and Telecom plans.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans.
- Convert incoming enquiries into sales.
- Achieve sales targets and earn incentives.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in International BPO.
- Australian Energy/Telecom sales experience preferred.
Customer Service candidates with Upselling experience can also apply.
- Good English communication and convincing skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Shift Timing:
- Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Saturday: 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Sunday: Week Off
