Job Description
Customer Support / Service Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)
- Inbound Calls & Chats/ Banking Process : Handle incoming customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally via phone, email, or live chat.
- Resolution: Identify customer issues, provide accurate product/service information, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Documentation: Log and update customer details and interaction steps in the company’s CRM system.
- Customer Retention: Ensure customer satisfaction by listening actively and following up on unresolved cases
- Maintaining professional etiquette, accuracy, and brand alignment during interactions
- Average Handling Time (AHT): Balancing quick resolutions with thorough customer service
