Job Description
Customer Care Executive
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Sunday: Holiday
- Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor truck movement from pickup to delivery.
- Make outbound calls to drivers, truck owners, brokers, and customers.
- Regularly follow up with drivers regarding truck location, loading, delivery, and delays.
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to truck movement and escalate when required.
- Update trip and customer information on the Truck Hai system/Excel.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and mobile applications.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
The role requires proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and coordination throughout the day to ensure smooth truck movement.
