Customer Support Executive – Voice / Chat / Blended
📍 Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
Job Roles
Voice Process – Full Time
- Freshers & Experienced eligible
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 CTC
Chat Process – Full Time
- Freshers & Experienced eligible
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 CTC
Voice + Chat – Part Time
- Freshers & Experienced eligible
- Salary: Up to ₹7,000 In-Hand
Premium Blended Process – Full Time
- Experienced candidates only
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
- Eligibility Good English communication skills
- BPO/Customer Support experience preferred
- Freshers can apply for Voice & Chat Process
- Experience mandatory for Premium Blended Process
Shift Details
Voice: Rotational shifts between 7 AM – 7 AM
Chat: Flexible rotational shifts
Part Time: 7 PM – 1:30 AM
Premium Blended:
- Flexible rotational shifts
- Rotational Week Off: Monday–Thursday
- Shift timing cannot be chosen by candidates
