Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions. This is a pure support role with no sales or targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain customer records and update systems
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts
- No night shift for female employees
- Limited night shifts for male employees (very minimal)
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-friendly attitude
