Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions. This is a pure support role with no sales or targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain customer records and update systems
  • Ensure a positive customer experience

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts
  • No night shift for female employees
  • Limited night shifts for male employees (very minimal)

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Customer-friendly attitude 
  • HS Can Apply
