Job Title: CRM Executive (Client Relationship Management)

Location: Topsia, near Park Circus, Kolkata

Gender :- Only Female

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to manage client relationships and ensure smooth communication regarding products and services. The candidate will be responsible for regular follow-ups, client coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client relationship management and maintain regular communication

Follow up with clients regarding products, services, and updates

Address client queries and ensure timely resolution

Maintain client database and records

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)

Problem-solving and time management skills

Qualifications:

Any Graduate

Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM / Client Handling / Customer Support
