About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sweets Counter Salesman to manage our sweets counter, assist customers, and ensure smooth daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the sweets counter
• Take orders, pack sweets, and handle billing/cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of the counter
• Recommend products and handle customer queries or complaints politely
• Ensure freshness and quality standards are maintained
• Handle festive/seasonal rush and bulk orders efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum [10th/12th pass] or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail/sweets shop preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work during peak hours/festivals
• Honest, punctual, and well-groomed

Working Hours: 8 AM – 8 PM, 6 days a week]
